Graphic-calendar	Select a particular day or group of days of any month to check maintenance tasks for work planning
Email -Text	Send work orders by EMAIL to your service providers

Minimum hardware requirement: Pentium PC or equivalent, 516MBRAM and 80 MB of free hard drive.

Software required:  Microsoft XP Professional, 2003, or Vista Business, Internet Explorer Version 6 or 7

* Multi-user operation requires  the Multi-user version 7.09 and SQL database by Microsoft
